Terms and conditions

1. VALIDITY OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following Terms and Conditions will apply to all services provided by GLOBAL HOTSPOT SL hereinafter referred to as EURONA, in relation to the resale of prepaid eSIMs.

2. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICES

2.1. eSIM RESALE

EURONA resells prepaid eSIMs.
The Customer registers and purchases their SIM cards in the captive portal of the eSIM service. Our payments are made through PayPal (https://paypal.com) and Apple Pay (https://www.apple.com) and Braintree (http://www.braintreepayments.com) with a pseudonym of your card credit card (Virtual credit card printing).

2.2. REGISTRATION TO USE EURONA SERVICES
The Client must accept the General Terms and Conditions to use Eurona services. The client provides directly or indirectly through the service provider (Hotel, Airport...) in the captive portal the following information: Email address.

23. EURONA COMMITMENTS
EURONA will make reasonable efforts to provide the Client with quality service. However, EURONA does not guarantee that the service will not be interrupted, will be provided on time, or will be secure or error-free.

2.4. CUSTOMER COMMITMENTS
When using the Equipment or Services provided by EURONA, the Customer must not take any action: that is abusive, illegal or fraudulent; that causes damage or harm to the Network.

In the event of failure to comply with its obligations under Section 2.4, EURONA may suspend Customer's use of the Service. During any period of suspension, Customer will continue to pay all Charges due under this Agreement in connection with the suspended Services.

2.5. DEVICE COMPATIBILITY
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that their device is eSIM compatible and unlocked. Device compatibility may depend on carrier and country of origin; Customer must check the list of eSIM compatible devices provided upon purchase.

By checking the box confirming that the Customer's device is compatible with eSIM, the Customer assumes responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided.

The eSIM compatibility list is not exhaustive, meaning devices recently announced as eSIM compatible may still need to be added.

3. START, DURATION AND TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT

The service contract between EURONA and the Customer begins upon completing the order on the EURONA captive portal.

Activation of the eSIM and recognition of the Activation Policy are the responsibility of the Customer.

The contract will be terminated if the Customer does not have an active data package or has removed the eSIM from the target device.

4. CHARGES AND PAYMENT

4.1. PAYMENT CONDITIONS

The payment methods accepted for EURONA services are Credit/Debit Card, PayPal and Apple Pay.

The payment currency is the US Dollar ($).

The credit card transaction will be processed and secured through EURONA's providers PayPal https://paypal.com) and Braintree (http://www.braintreepayments.com)

4.2. USE CHARGES

4.2.1. EURONA declares that all Charges include VAT, unless otherwise specified.

4.2.2. The Client will not have the right to set off any of its claims against the claims of EURONA, except when the Client's claims are undisputed or have been confirmed by a final court ruling.

5. DELIVERY

The Customer will receive a confirmation email after the purchase.

6. REFUND/CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION POLICY

The Customer has the right to request a refund or replacement of the eSIM if it cannot be installed and used due to a EURONA technical problem.

6.1. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION

6.1.1. POLICIES AND GUIDELINES

6.1.2. A refund request can be made within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase when activation is no longer possible after extensive collaborative troubleshooting.

6.1.3. Customer cooperation is required to resolve the issue quickly before a refund is granted.

6.1.4. Each data package has its own validity period. No refund will be offered in any form for the remaining data when the validity period expires.

6.1.5. Compensation: No refund or compensation of any kind will be offered for charges for alternative phones, alternative SIM cards, alternative providers, hotel phones or other charges that are not directly linked to the Customer's EURONA eSIM account. (See section 7. LIABILITY AND WARRANTY in our Terms and Conditions)

6.1.6. Fraudulent Purchases: EURONA reserves the right to refuse any form of refund if there is evidence of abuse, violation of our Terms and Conditions or any fraudulent activity related to the use of EURONA products and services.

6.1.7. Unauthorized purchases: The case will be subject to investigation and approval

6.1.8. Accidental Purchases: Once Customers install the eSIM, it will be considered used. No refunds will be offered.

6.1.9. Incorrect charges: If Customer reasonably and in good faith disputes an invoice or part thereof, Customer must notify EURONA of such dispute within twelve (12) days of receipt of the invoice, providing details as to why the amount billed is incorrect and, if possible, how much you believe is owed. (See details in section 4.2 USE CHARGES in the Terms and Conditions)

6.1.10. Other Reasons: If the refund request does not fall within the above, we will investigate the request on a case-by-case basis. If your refund is approved, a processing fee may apply. The maximum credit refund that a Customer can request must be equal to or less than the total amount paid.

6.1.11. REFUND PROCESS

To request a refund, please contact the EURONA support team via the “Contact Us” page or send a message to info@euronaesim.com. Please note that our previous refund policy will apply. 

Depending on the nature of the issue, Customers will be asked for additional information to support their refund request, such as screenshots of device settings for technical issues or details about why the billed amount is incorrect and, if possible, how much. considers that it is due, etc.

Please see section 6.1.2 in this document for refunds related to technical issues.

Customers will have the option to refund via their original payment method.

Refund to original method: Once a refund is approved and issued, it may take up to thirty (30) business days to appear on an account statement, depending on the bank.

6.2. MODIFICATION
EURONA eSIM data packages are offered as is, and no further modifications or customizations based on individual requests can be made after purchase.

7. RESPONSIBILITY AND WARRANTY

EURONA is not responsible for any damages that arise due to the proposed service not being constantly available. EURONA does not guarantee the constant availability of the network service.
